xZiva's Terms of Service

By commissioning me you automatically agree with my Terms of Service.

1) Use of art work

Do not make profit by selling commissioned work in any way (e.g. selling as merch) unless you have signed permission by me.

Do not sell my artwork.

Credit me when you republish commissioned art.

Do not claim my art as yours.

Do not use my art for AI training or any other AI realted activity.

Tip: when you use my commissioned art/adopts slap a huge watermark over it to prevent art theft, thank you ;)

Do not remove my signature or watermark.

 2) Time 

First you will be placed on a waiting list. The wait for your commission to be started on will depend on how many customers are before you.

When started, your commission will take approxamitly 1 to 2 weeks to complete. 

 3) Wips and payment 

I will send several wips to ensure you are pleased with the commission. 

Payment is upfront and via PayPal.

4) Referencing and copying

Do not trace, copy or heavily reference my drawings.

Do not use or repost any art that I made that doesn’t belong to you.

Do not claim any of my ocs as yours. 

5) Customs, custom trade, adopts

Please notify me before reselling a character designed by me.

Credit me when you resell the character.

Do not make profit by buying and immediatly reselling my designs for more.

Do not trace my line art to expand the reference sheet or to redesign.

6) Refunds 

I do not profide refunds for finished commissions. You can ask for changes when I send wips (see 3)

Commissions can not be cancelled after payment. There will be no refund.

6) Others

I have the right to deny a commission, this has never happened yet but I might deny when your commission is to complex or I can’t get it done. You will receive full refund if I can't complete a commission.
